Emotions

Well, I used to believe that we should stay happy, always smile because we don't get a higher score in our lives by staying sad; happiness is best of all. But the thing is sometimes we don't feel as peaceful while being happy as much we feel after crying. Yes, you read right-- crying. "Crying does not mean you are weak, it just means you have been strong for too long". Many people say that boys don't cry, grown-ups don't cry..... But do grown-ups don't have eyes that can shed or they don't have hearts that can feel hurt?? Everyone feels down at some point in their lives and if they cried because of that this doesn't mean they are weak or they are being overdramatic. We shouldn't judge anyone. Crying is normal like all the other emotions. It is a natural phenomenon, it occurs in response to several emotions, both positive and negative, but here we are discussing about those called negative.

We feel anxious, depressed, miserable and frustrated; and some people even get more anxious by thinking that they are feeling anxious. But we should tell ourselves that we are not the only ones who are feeling down or anxious, these are the emotion that many peoples suffer; because if we would be the only ones feeling so then words such as anxiety may not have existed. They have come into existence because many people have endured (and are enduring) this feeling and then someone would have taken the inchargeship and might have concluded that let's name this emotion anxiety, this one frustration

Jokes apart, what I want to say is that each and every emotion has its own role, its ok to be sad; and feeling peaceful even while being sad better than being forcefully happy. Yes, its true that we should avoid being depressed as its not good for our health, but if we are ok while being neutral or sad then we shouldn't force ourselves to be happy. In forcibly trying to stay happy, we will lose the real joy of being happy and won't find peace in either way.

In many situations (such as not clearing a test, not winning a match etc etc)we feel broken, and if we cry then we are not committing any crime. It's just normal to cry and it's scientifically proven that after crying we feel relaxed, calm, and peaceful.  Don't treat your heart like that trash bin where you are collecting all the emotions which you have not expressed. Express yourself, if you need to then cry your heart out; if not in front of someone then to yourself, you are the best companion of yourself. Accept your feelings, express your feelings but don't let yourself to be controlled by your feelings”
